Bartlett was a New Hampshire higher education commissioner at age 19, an award winning engineering educator, National Science Foundation faculty connecting university research with high school learning, ND Homeschool Association Executive Director, and developed an organic farm with his family. He has been a creative education reformer for 45 years doing things like bringing a learning factory to engineering education, having students write the book, agribusiness and aquaponics to a Christian high school, using original sources (Newton) to teach physics, extending home education through college and entrepreneurship, and using the Ten Commandments for Christian college accreditation.
